M&E CO-ORDINATOR - CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR - DUBLIN AND LIMERICK
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a tier one contractor seeking an experienced M&E
Co-ordinator for projects based in South Dublin and Limerick
Your responsibilities will include:
Review all tender/contract information and provide input to potential
building solutions.
Management of the mechanical, electrical and associated services and
representing these parties at site meetings, including reporting on
progress
Chairing of technical services meetings with subcontractors and
members of the design team.
Liaise with design team and client as they relate to the services
installation
Programming the works of subcontractors to suit main contract
programme
Ensure the building works are progressing in accordance with design
and programme to suit installation of services
Arranging the signing off of all services installation with design
team
Ensuring the commissioning of all systems is complete prior to
practical completion
Ensuring that all operations and maintenance manuals, as built
drawings and commissioning reports are complete prior to practical
completion
Ensuring that all surveys of existing installations and the
preparation of all coordination drawings are complete in advance of
works commencing
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Third level qualification (Engineering - Mechanical /
Electrical )
Previous Main Contractor experience is desirable
Flexibility to travel to various project sites.
Clean Driving license
